Experience the artistic career
you’ve always dreamed of..

by creating a business that supports the financial foundation you’ll want for the rest of your life.

HI, I’M JENNIFER ROSENFELD.

Before I dive into all the nitty gritty details of my background, there is something that I want you to know:

If you’re in classical music, it means that you are an artist at heart.

You’re here for a purpose – to express your voice and to leave a legacy through your artistry and knowledge that will live on long after you.

You didn’t choose this career for the money or the stability. And yet…those things matter, especially as you consider what it means to create the life you desire – for yourself and for your family.

Here’s the problem that most musicians don’t address

(even the super successful ones):

NOT building a sustainable financial foundation in your career has disastrous long-term side effects.

TOP MUSICIANS CONFESS TO ME THAT THEY ARE:

w On the brink of burnout because they must work so much to maintain their financial status quo

w Consumed with stress and regret, over the dream projects they are dying to pursue, but simply do not have the bandwidth or energy

w Afraid they will ultimately not fulfill their potential

Perpetually worried about money, despite stabile or high-paying performances. They know it’s just not enough to provide for retirement, college tuition for the kids, or moving into the dream home

w Aware that if they stop performing, they literally have no other income streams.

▷ Confined by the “golden handcuffs” of a prestigious job that just isn’t for them

w Terrified that what if, at the end of the day they’re just a musician who has no other skills…and what happens when they can’t perform the way that you once did?

w Consigned to a life with barely any time for their children and loved ones, constantly torn between the career they worked so hard for and the family they love more than anything.

AND THE BEST PART:

Having plentiful time and resources to pursue your dream creative projects how and when you desire – without worrying about money.

That could mean….

…taking months “off” to develop new projects

…Realizing that a normal week in your life feels like an artist residency

…Having the funds for travel, recordings, and commissioning work from other artists so that you can execute projects just as you imagine

If you had a plentiful “investment fund” for your creative projects, to play with as you wish, what would you do with it?

(That’s the kind of “problem” my clients have)

BUT I PROMISE – IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY!

For generations, musicians have been told that they must endure awful compromises in order to be “real, professional musicians.” But my own experience (and those of my clients) proves that that is not true.

IMAGINE THIS…

w A luxurious income stream as you work from the location of your choosing – at home in your pajamas (no judging!) or an idyllic European getaway

w Feeling energized and inspired by your work, as you witness the life-changing impact you have on others through the knowledge and expertise you’ve spent years honing

w Being able to cover your current and future financial needs working far less than ever before (15-20 hours/week)

w Knowing that your artistry and knowledge will live on through the people you impact

IT MIGHT SOUND OUTLANDISH, BUT IT IS ENTIRELY POSSIBLE – IF YOU ARE

w Impact oriented (ie, you care about making a positive difference in people’s lives – in addition to fulfilling your creative voice)

w A legitimate expert and recognized authority in what you do

w Willing to expand your definition of yourself professionally to include becoming a savvy business owner

TESTIMONIALS

Jennifer transformed my teaching career. The launch of my Virtuoso Master Course program brought in over $100,000. Now I’m able to work with many more people on a close and ongoing basis. I can have a bigger impact on their playing and on the role of the violin in their lives.”

– Nathan Cole, First Associate Concertmaster, Los Angeles Philharmonic. Violin Teacher at natesviolin.com

“Before I started the 6 Figure Musician Entrepreneur program I believed that making money was something others could do but not me.Seven weeks into the program I was able to hit my first-ever 5 figure (€10,000) month in my life. I can’t believe that this happened – it feels like magic.”

Sandra

Mezzo-Soprano, Oper Leipzig Career Coach for Singers

“Before I met Jennifer, I’d grown a significant audience but I hadn’t yet figured out how I could monetize. Since joining the 6 Figure Musician Entrepreneur, I’ve owned my expertise and found the power to create the income that I want. I’ve turned down work that isn’t aligned and can now communicate what I do to my audience – and get clients! I’ve experienced so many major transformations in just 4 months. Now I see the vision for the life I want as being possible.”

Tracy Friedlander

Host, Crushing Classical Podcast, Audience Building Expert

“Choosing to work with Jennifer is one of the best decisions I ever made. In terms of the big picture, Jennifer helps me figure out what I really want from my life and work. She helps me see possibilities and options that I would have never discovered on my own. But our work isn’t just daydreaming—she helps me connect all of the practical dots. Through her training and her own personal example, she shows me how to be a more impactful coach for my clients, with less busywork. Even routine sales calls have transformed into opportunities for powerful teaching moments. From technology to psychology, Jennifer is a master at helping musicians fulfill their potential.”

Christopher Still

Second Trumpet, Los Angeles Philharmonic Founder, Honesty Pill Inc, Online Courses for Musicians

Before working with Jennifer, I was frustrated with my teaching situation. I wanted to switch to online teaching, but didn’t know where to start.

Jennifer helped me find several new ways of working with students I would never have thought possible. I launched my new online school for harp improvisation and ran three major programs in 2019.

Working with Jennifer has been one of the greatest investments and biggest transformations in my career.”

LET ME GIVE YOU A LITTLE BACKGROUND

Since I was young, my top value and mission in life has been enabling creative self-expression – both for myself and others. As a result, I’ve spent my entire career helping musicians become professionally empowered.

As the co-founder of iCadenza (a career consultancy for classical musicians) and Cadenza Artists (performing arts talent agency), I’ve helped thousands of musicians launch ground breaking artistic projects that finally got them noticed, negotiate better for themselves and earn more money, and step into the careers they’ve always dreamed of.

And make no mistake – my clients are not starving artists or fresh-out-of-conservatory musicians.

My clients include Grammy-award winning soloists and ensembles, acclaimed composers and directors, tenured professors at top universities, members of premier symphony orchestras, and leaders of major arts organizations who are not content to settle with the status quo of their highly successful careers.

I’ve always been passionate about education and making musician training more aligned with the changing professional landscape. I’ve taught at and/or consulted for major universities and conservatories, including Stanford University, the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University, the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, MIT, and more.

I also wrote the book Awakening your Business Brain with my business partner Julia (used in university classrooms all over the US), which is literally about how creative people have a total leg up when it comes to the business side of their careers.

But my life changed in 2018 when I finally claimed my big creative dream – writing a musical.

After 10 years of yearning to pursue this project, I finally said “now is the time.” I then began to reorient my life and career in order to make it possible for me to take on this artistic project on my own terms – and on my own schedule.

This meant stepping down as CEO of iCadenza in order to minimize my duties managing a team and overseeing multiple business lines. It also meant reassessing how I engage with the work I love (supporting musicians professionally) in a way that was highly impactful AND aligned with my ideal schedule – working average 20 hours/week, with plenty of time to work on my musical.

The Results?

I’ve created a lifestyle for myself that has enabled me to be the most creatively productive and fulfilled I’ve ever been, and financially abundant at the same time.

And my clients are all doing the same.

I love helping musicians start online businesses based on their expertise not just because this is the BEST way for musicians to achieve financial abundance and stability (which it is).

What motivates me is my passion for new educational models in the arts that provide students around the world with better access to top teachers, and that create a more sustainable and impactful financial model for educators and coaches.

When teachers have the freedom to teach how they can, they can ultimately have an even greater impact on their students’ lives.

If you know you are making compromises in your career

to your financial future, your health, your time with your family, or your creative/artistic potential, then now is the time to take a fresh approach that can actually lead you to your most fulfilling and expansive creative life.
